Having dealt with her own share of ups and down’s in her health from painful periods, adult acne, hair fall, weight issues, sleep disorders. Rebecca is confident in understanding the human body and nourishing it what it needs rather than being stuck on a diet with no results. Simple lifestyle changes with a mindset shift can help you achieve your health goals.

Being a mother of a precious little girl, Ailith has made her aware of how the right nutrition is so important not only, when planning to start a family but also, during pregnancy to carry the baby full term and have a healthy non medicated pregnancy.

Postpartum, is such a crucial journey in every mother's life, we forget the mothers and just concentrate on the baby, But, when a child is born, the mother is reborn as well. Having changes in the body along with hormone changes and lactating needs. A mom needs to take care of her nutrition more than ever. You cannot pour from an empty cup. Birthing a human is no joke, being a C section mom, she understands how antibiotics play a huge role in saving life but also come with side effects, hence your gut needs to be healthy at all times.

Dream it.

Build it.

Love it.

Grow it.

The logo of Reform and Heal Inc is a clear depiction of Rebecca’s beliefs. She believes that a “fertile body is as important as a fertile soil”. Only when the foundation is right, can the tree grow in abundance and provide for others. In the same manner, a woman needs her basic nourishment to be taken care of, to provide for others. When a woman heals herself, she heals her entire family, then the community, and then the world.
